O.D. Wellness was founded by Mrs.Oudi in 2002 with a focus on studying and researching the principles of health and wellness in Eastern culture. This has led the company to establish its own culture of "Science, Joy, Health & Benevolence," which serves as a driving force behind the brand's success.

O.D. Wellness began its expansion in 2007 through franchising and relied on professional consultancy services to create a detailed blueprint for rapid chain store openings. Currently, the company has more than 100 directly operated stores and over 300 franchisee-operated stores. O.D. Wellness has also successfully expanded into overseas markets, including the United States, Singapore, and Japan, and is planning to expand to Australia.

To give back to society, O.D. Wellness participates in various projects and activities, such as funding the Hope Project, organizing charity events, and volunteering. The company also operates its own vocational and technology school to provide its personnel and business partners with professional knowledge and skills to ensure high-quality services are provided to the public.
